Mindfulness sessions are returning for the 3rd year running at Codegarden. Kris Deminick will guide you through a simple, beginner level breath meditation. By joining these sessions you will gain an extra layer of focus and presence to truly immerse yourself in your Codegarden experience.
The morning meditation will help you start the day clear and calm, with the positivity and confidence to get the most out of the talks you attend.
The afternoon meditation will be a short express session to ground you from the high energy of the day.

Kris will be returning to Codegarden 2019 with her meditation sessions and yoga breaks.
